Quotation enquiries
When you request a quotation or send a message through the website, we store the name, company, phone, email, requirement, message, referral source and campaign parameters that you submit. This information is used to respond to the enquiry and to manage the quotation workflow. The enquiry form does not store your IP address and does not send the contents of the form to analytics.
Enquiry and contact forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile receives technical signals from your browser for that check.
Orders and payment
If you place an order through the online store, we store the billing and delivery details, order contents, and the payment method you select. We accept bank transfer, crossed cheque or pay order, and cash on delivery. No card details are collected or stored by this website, and no card payment gateway is connected to it.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (property G-Z6RNDR878D) to measure how the site is used. It also records privacy-safe conversion event names, such as quotation-button and WhatsApp clicks, in the browser data layer.
Analytics and advertising storage are set to denied before you make a choice, using Google Consent Mode v2. Nothing in the analytics, advertising or personalisation categories is stored until you accept it through the cookie banner. Cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, and for security, are set without consent because the site cannot operate without them.
WooCommerce sets functional cookies to remember your cart and session. The cookie banner records your choice so that it does not have to ask again on every page. A full list of the cookies in use, with their purpose and duration, is on the Cookie Policy page, and you can change your choice at any time using the preferences control on the site.
Sharing and security
Enquiry and order details are available to authorised website administrators and are sent to the company mailbox. Information is shared with suppliers or service providers only where it is necessary to prepare or fulfil the requested quotation or order, and under appropriate confidentiality controls. The site is served over HTTPS.
Please do not submit passwords, bank details, identity documents or confidential tender files through the website forms.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry and order records are retained for the period needed for quotation, contract, tax and audit purposes, and for as long as company-law and tax record-keeping obligations require, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email info@iasons.com.
