Quality begins with the governing specification
Quality requirements vary by product, programme and buyer. The starting point is therefore the approved BOQ, technical specification, sample, standard, brand requirement or written equivalency rule—not a generic quality claim.
Quality control method applied to each order
- Requirement review: identify mandatory dimensions, materials, performance criteria, labeling and delivery conditions.
- Incoming checks: review available supplier evidence and inspect relevant materials or finished goods.
- In-process review: where assembly, stitching, packing, counting or labeling is carried out by the supplier or a subcontracted packer, the work is reviewed against the approved specification before dispatch.
- Final inspection: compare completed goods and kits with the approved specification, sample and packing list.
- Traceability: batch, source, inspection and dispatch records are retained where the contract requires them.
- Non-conformance: isolate, review and correct goods that do not meet the agreed requirement before acceptance or dispatch.
Testing and third-party evidence
Project-specific laboratory testing, certificates of analysis, inspection reports or manufacturer documents can be coordinated through independent laboratories or inspection agencies appointed for the specific contract, where the solicitation requires them and the evidence is available. The company operates no in-house testing facility. The exact test method, sampling basis, laboratory, cost and timing must be agreed before quotation acceptance.
Certifications
The company holds no ISO certification, laboratory accreditation or third-party management-system certification. Internal working practices may align with recognised procurement principles, but this does not constitute independent certification and is not presented as such.
Ethics and responsible supply
The company operates on principles of anti-fraud and anti-corruption, avoidance of conflicts of interest, safeguarding, respect for labour and human rights, gender equality and inclusion, health and safety, data confidentiality and responsible sourcing. Buyer-mandated codes of conduct and policy requirements are adopted on a contract-specific basis, and contract-specific codes and buyer requirements remain controlling.
